players. Yup, it's time to start saving up for the new gear and specs you'll need if you want to survive the expansion's new mechanics. For those particularly keen on on re-speccing their talents, we've got good news coming in courtesy of Blizzard.

The devs have set up a new talent calculator that contains the talents to be implemented for all the game's character classes when WotLK goes public. Given that most of the new abilities are sunk in deep into their corresponding trees, this tool should prove most useful in helping you balance your new Northrend build.

WotLK's beta talent calculator is available at the official WoW site, via the source link below. In the meantime, you may also want to check out Nethaera's patch notes at the WotLK beta forums to give you an idea of how the new talents work. World of Warcraft: Nethaera clarifies on possible clock issues
Among the changes that were implemented with World of Warcraft's patch 2.4.3, one that many of you may have noticed is the new UI for the game clock. Aside from being re-positioned at the bottom of the mini-map, it now features the actual time on your PC aside from displaying the game's time.

While some players may find this particular change handy, some aren't as pleased. Sionzen in particular notes that one issue with the clock is that it had a nasty habit of getting covered up by any add-ons that were indicated on the mini-map. In light of this problem, Nethaera dropped by the thread with some advice on the clock:

• If you are having issues viewing your clock properly, please double-check any mods you may have loaded up. They may be causing an issue.
• If you mouse over the sun (or moon) icon in the upper right hand corner of the mini-map, it will say "Click to show clock settings." From there you can access the stopwatch, set up the alarm and add a message to it, set it to 24 hour time or to local time.
• If you are experiencing bugs with this new feature, please be sure to report it to the bug forums.
